Return and Refund Policy – UZAY

At UZAY, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer the following options for returns and refunds.

1. Return Policy

1.1 Ready-made Products:
If you are not satisfied with a ready-made product that you have ordered, you can submit a return request within 1 day of receiving the product. The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all tags still attached.

1.2 Custom-made and Personalized Products:
Products that are specially made or personalized according to your wishes cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage caused by UZAY.

1.3 Rented Items:
Rented items cannot be returned for a refund, as this service is intended for temporary use. The deposit will only be refunded if the rented items are returned in good condition and on time. For more details, please refer to our Rental Policy in the terms and conditions.

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us via email at info@uzay.shop within 1 day of receiving your order.

  • Include your order number and the reason for the return in your email.

  • We will send you further instructions for returning the product.

  • The cost of returning the product is the customer's responsibility unless the product was received damaged or defective.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Ready-made Products:
Once we have received the returned product in good condition, we will refund the full purchase amount, excluding the original shipping costs, within 14 days via the same payment method you used for the purchase.

3.2 Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 1 day of receiving it. We will arrange for a replacement of the item or, if a replacement is not possible, a full refund, including any shipping costs.

4. Non-refundable Products

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.

  • Gift cards and vouchers.

5. Processing of Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. The processing time for refunds may vary depending on your bank or payment provider but typically takes 5-10 business days.

6. Exchange Policy

We do not offer a direct exchange service. If you wish to exchange a product, we recommend returning the unwanted product for a refund (if applicable) and then placing a new order for the desired product.
